THE HOME

Grand Peaks Lodge is an award-winning luxury Adirondack log home offering exceptional space, architecture, amenities, and mountain views.

Winner of a 2023 National Association of Home Builders Award for Excellence in log home design, the property has also been featured in log home magazines and articles.

Built in 2022, Grand Peaks Lodge offers approximately 6,200 square feet of living space, 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, an approximately 2,000-square-foot wraparound deck, two hot tubs, a large Finnish sauna, extensive recreation and media areas, and accommodations for very large groups.

Located just 7 minutes from Whiteface Mountain and less than 20 minutes from downtown Lake Placid, the lodge provides an exceptional setting for families, reunions, retreats, ski groups, and special gatherings.

Massive full-length logs, handcrafted construction details, soaring ceilings, local stone, abundant windows, and panoramic mountain views define the interior.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Winter — December through March
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
MLK Weekend and Presidents' Day Weekend require a 4-night minimum.

Late Spring — May 15 through the last weekend of June
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
Memorial Day requires a 4-night minimum.

Summer — July and August
Generally a 7-night minimum depending on the week and availability. Friday-to-Friday or Sunday-to-Sunday stays are preferred.

Fall — September and October
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekend, and Thanksgiving require a 4-night minimum.

Christmas & New Year's
Christmas stays generally require a 5-night minimum.
New Year's stays generally require a 7-night minimum.

Shorter stays may occasionally be possible depending on availability.

PETS

Pets are welcome and must be disclosed during the booking process.

A mandatory $200 pet fee applies. This fee helps cover a separate specialized post-pet cleaning process designed to remove pet hair and allergens out of consideration for future guests who may have allergies.

Certain types and sizes of events may be permitted.

All events and gatherings must be disclosed and explicitly approved by the owner prior to booking.
