We are proud to offer multiple 4-8 bedroom luxury log homes in the Whiteface and Lake Placid area, with over 1000+ 5 star reviews. We can host multi-family get togethers , quiet "get away from it all" retreats, and pets are welcomed as well. THE HOME

Grand Jay Lodge is a luxurious Adirondack log home set on five private acres with expansive views of the Jay Mountain Range.

Located just 10 minutes from Whiteface Mountain and approximately 20 minutes from Lake Placid and the Olympic Village, Grand Jay Lodge offers an excellent combination of privacy, mountain scenery, generous living space, and convenient access to the High Peaks region.

The views can be enjoyed from the patio, gazebo, deck, and throughout the home through large windows designed to bring the surrounding mountain landscape indoors.

Grand Jay Lodge offers more than 4,000 square feet of living space across three levels and is especially well suited for families, multi-family groups, reunions, and larger gatherings.

MAIN LEVEL

The main level features a dramatic great room with 28-foot ceilings and a full wall of glass overlooking the mountains.

A large stone fireplace creates a warm focal point for the living area and a comfortable place for the group to gather.

Adjacent to the great room is a spacious dining area with ample seating and a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-quality appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.

MAIN FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE

The primary suite is located on the main floor and includes:

* King-size bed
* En-suite bathroom
* Double sinks
* Walk-in shower

A half bathroom is also located on the main level.

UPPER LEVEL BEDROOMS & LOFT

The upper level includes three bedrooms:

* One bedroom with king-size bed and daybed with trundle
* One bedroom with queen-size bed
* One bedroom with queen-size bed

The second floor also includes:

* Full bathroom
* Open loft area
* Guest computer/work area

The loft provides additional space to relax while overlooking the main living area.

LOWER LEVEL & RECREATION

The walkout lower level offers additional sleeping space and a large recreation area.

Two bedrooms are located downstairs:

* One bedroom with king-size bed
* One bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds, each with a twin trundle

The lower level also features:

* Two full bathrooms
* Large recreation room
* Ping pong table
* TV/media center
* Xbox with games
* Two futons for additional guests
* Second laundry area

For families traveling with young children, the home also includes a crib with mattress, high chair, and Pack ’n Play.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Winter — December through March
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
MLK Weekend and Presidents' Day Weekend require a 4-night minimum.

Late Spring — May 15 through the last weekend of June
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
Memorial Day requires a 4-night minimum.

Summer — July and August
Generally a 7-night minimum depending on the week and availability. Sunday-to-Sunday stays are preferred.

Fall — September and October
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekend, and Thanksgiving require a 4-night minimum.

Christmas & New Year's
Christmas stays generally require a 5-night minimum.
New Year's stays generally require a 7-night minimum.

Shorter stays may occasionally be possible depending on availability.

PETS

Pets are welcome and must be disclosed during the booking process.

A mandatory $200 pet fee applies. This fee helps cover a separate specialized post-pet cleaning process designed to remove pet hair and allergens out of consideration for future guests who may have allergies.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS

Certain types and sizes of events may be permitted.

All events and gatherings must be disclosed and explicitly approved by the owner prior to booking.
